Not every repair needs to be approached the same way. If you're paying out of pocket, we'll take the time to assess the damage, explain your options, and help you understand the potential cost before any work begins. In some cases, there may be a more practical or cost-effective solution, and we'll be honest about it.
Insurance Claims Made Simple
After you file your claim, our team helps guide the process from there. We work directly with your insurance company, coordinate the details of your repair, and keep you informed throughout the process, making your experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Our workmanship is backed by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. We stand behind the quality of our work and take pride in delivering repairs designed to last.
The warranty is non-transferable and covers paint failure related to our repair work. It does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, chips, rust, or damage caused by accidents, environmental conditions, or improper care.

Schedule your appointment online and let our team assess your vehicle's repair needs.
Estimate
For a starting fee of $100, our team provides a comprehensive, professionally documented estimate detailing the vehicle's damage and recommended repairs. You'll receive a detailed PDF estimate, typically within 24 to 48 hours, suitable for both insurance and non-insurance purposes.
If you choose to move forward with repairs through 417 Autoworks, that fee is credited toward your repair bill. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Already have an insurance claim or estimate? We recommend completing a Direction to Pay (DTP) Form to help get the repair process started as quickly as possible. This allows us to work directly with your insurance company and can help streamline the repair process.
Scheduling
Once your repair plan is finalized and all necessary parts have arrived, we'll work with you to schedule your vehicle at a time that fits your schedule.
If your repairs are being covered through insurance and your policy includes rental vehicle coverage, we can help coordinate your transportation and arrange a shuttle pickup to Enterprise Rent-A-Car so you can get your rental vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired.

Your vehicle is in good hands. While you focus on what matters most, we take the time to repair your vehicle properly, with care, precision, and attention to detail.
Final Touch
Before your vehicle leaves our shop, we make sure it's clean, refreshed, and ready to get back on the road. We take pride in returning your vehicle looking its best after the repair process.

Nope! You're free to choose any repair shop you want. Insurance companies might suggest a shop they prefer, but you're not required to go there. It's more important to pick a shop you trust and that has a solid reputation for doing quality work.

Yes. By law, you have the right to select the collision repair facility of your choice, regardless of which shop your insurance company recommends.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We work with most major insurance carriers and are known for making the repair process as seamless as possible.
What does the warranty cover?
We stand behind the quality of our work with a lifetime warranty for the duration of your ownership. Our warranty covers paint failure related to our workmanship and is non-transferable. Exclusions apply, including fading, chips, rust, and damage unrelated to our repair work.

How long will my repair take?
We work hard to complete repairs as efficiently as possible, but timelines can vary depending on the extent of the damage and parts availability. We'll provide a realistic timeline upfront and keep you informed throughout the entire repair process.
Parts can sometimes be delayed, incorrect, or need to be reordered, and unexpected issues can occasionally arise during repairs. While we always do our best to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible, our priority is making sure the work is done properly, not rushed. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Will genuine OEM or aftermarket parts be used?
We use only OEM parts for every replacement, helping ensure your vehicle is restored to the manufacturer's original specifications.
